Comment: Good hotel, very central in Bansko. The staff seem friendly, their English is very poor which can be frustrating at times. The food is shocking which seems to be the trend in Bansko, but you will find little restaurant gems here and there. There is a nice indoor pool plus a hot tub outside which was fun after a days skiing. You can rent all ski equipment from the hotel at a very reasonable price. The hotel is opposite a 24hr “British style” bar which seems to be one of the better places to eat. Our hotel room was big and the heating system was great. It’s certainly not the best but it’s clean and bright. All reviews
