Overview:

Rila hotel used to be the biggest on the Balkan peninsula for years now, impressing with its 1300 beds. The hotel itself is divided into two main parts- one is for the double rooms, and the studios are in the other part. Half rooms/ studios are facing south and have amazing view to the slopes. The new joinery of Rila hotel made the rooms quite suitable for a good relax even though in the city centre with lots of restaurants and discos around.

Double rooms were completely refurnished in summer of 2000, and studios just an year afterwards.
The studios could accommodate up to 4 persons. Suitable for friends or families. Basic self-catering facilities are available at the studios - refrigerator, 2 cookers, plates. There are one double bed and two full- sized bunk- beds in the studio room. All double rooms are suitable to accommodate up to three people, there is a folding armchair inside.

Swimming pool is free of charge to the guests.

Bars & Restaurants:

• Restaurant Rila - The restaurant of the hotel was improved in 2001, and a number of new facilities are now available. At the moment all food served here is cooked in the restaurant kitchen, which was renovated too. Therefore all food comes fresh and hot enough.
• Breakfast and dinner - The guests of Rila can enjoy their breakfast and dinner, choosing from big variety of starters, main meals and deserts. Everyone can choose any food he likes. Vegetarian meals are available too. There are no limits on the quantity of food that one can have.
