Plovdiv city, Bulgaria is the host of 24th International Music Festival. The event began on 24th of May and it will continue until 8th of July 2010. The Ancient Theatre in Plovdiv city is the venue for the event.
The festival is organized by the Opera and Philharmonic Orchestra Plovdiv and conducted under the auspices of Plovdiv, Plovdiv Municipality and supported by the Business Council of Experts - Plovdiv.
Ancient Theatre in Plovdiv is one of the unique monuments of world culture which attracts tourists from all over the world. This year the festival will change its whole appearance. For the first time the ancient arena in Plovdiv would be a center of musical events for 45 days.
