The 12th edition of the theatre festival ‘’On the beach’’ will take place in Bourgas city from 7th until 12th of September. The global financial crisis has its impact on the cultural experiences and respectively the budget allocated for the festival has been reduced by three times. Many interesting performance will take place within the framework of the festival. There will be International participation at the festival as guests will delight in Canadian and Russian performances.
