Comment: Trés bruyant,chambre un peu petite,animation nulle et exclusivement Allemand,navette pour la plage à désirer,pour le reste c'est bien si on est un bon marcheur pour allerà la mer à pied et voir les annimations dans les rues piétionnes le soir.La nourriture est correct même bien.Dommage que l'on arrive pas à se faire comprendre en français.

Comment: Après 8 jours nous rentrons déçus, nous nous sommes ennuyés, cet hôtel est parfait si vous êtes allemands, si vous êtes jeunes et si vous n'avez pas peur du bruit. Attention toute fois à la propreté de la chambre qui peut s'avérer catastrophique. Pour relever un peu, le staff est bien, dommage que l'anglais reste difficile pour eux, la nourriture y est excellente et le restaurant est d'une grande propreté. Malheureusement, aucunes animations en français NI en anglais, tout est en allemand, on s'ennuie très vite lorsqu'on ne connaît pas les eux langues. Il vaut mieux partir dans un pays déjà bien dévellopé pour jouir de meilleures vacances.

Comment: I have just stayed at this hotel for a week in August 2006. This hotel is ok if you are German. All entertainment and food is catered for Germans. Staff speak very little English.
If you have 2 children staying in your room you are likely to have bunkbeds which are only suitable for small children under 10. The resort is very quiet and the Hotel is on a hill so be prepared for leg toning!.
Overall the holiday was ok but if you want a family holiday and you are English then I would advise sunny beach resort or Golden Sands.

Comment: .com - Is a German hotel that ONLY caters for Germans. All daytime and evening entertainment is spoken in German. Food only catered for the Germans. There is a disco there, which is open at around 11 o’clock, but when requested to play British songs they refused and said that it is German night only, which was German night only every night. Reception staff could only speak very little English and were very unhelpful.

When asked how many English were staying there out of around 300 rooms only 5 rooms were British.

When the German football team were playing on the big screen and the Germans cheered all night, which was gone 11oclock nothing was said, but when the English were playing football and 5 English people cheered, before even 11o’clock the police arrived.

Overall we found Albena a great resort and would recommend it. But strongly advise not to stay in the .Com hotel unless you are German.
