Comment: IT is a pity that so few staffmembers speak english.
Example: the day before we left oiur driver called the reception twice to tell that he would-be arriving between 9.30 and 10 the next day.
He asked to deliver the message to us. IT was not done and I asked the next day if there had been telephone calls for us. Whitch was negative, so i sms-ed the driver if he was coming. Whitch he luckily was...
And also laundry seemed to be a problem nobody understood... IT solved itself .
But still, we had a good stay in the hotel! Great massage and facial treatment!
