Comment: Dear Sir/ Madam,

It is the 3rd season in a row that we have been using your services to book our skiing holidays to Bansko staying at the Belvedere Hotel Apartments and not only for us but for our friends as well.

Although we do not have any problem with your agency, we are sorry to say that the Belvedere this year was really a disappointment not only to us but to our friends as well. Cleaning services were at its worse, the staff not really interested in doing their job, the swimming pool continuously not warm and above all our skies were stolen outside the hotel (not that this was their fault – but they did nothing to assist us to get help from the police) and they did not care at all!.

Unbelievably poor service.

Comment: The hotel is OK. However, our apartment and the furniture were full of dust. The tablecloth was dirty and so the the dishes. Our Tv didn't work. Yet, good location, nice design in the room and all amenities. Staff was not polite.

Comment: Very nice accomodation. Everything is brand new and clean. Friendly staff. We enjoyed spa facilities. Close to gondola at a walking distance. There is also a shuttle bus. Very good value for money. We will stay again! Highly recommended.

Comment: I am retired person, so I was looking for great value for my money and tried to avoid the excessive luxury. In my point of view, Belvedere is a very nice apartments with many facilities. The only shortcoming was the tasteless food.
