Comment: Appartment location is very good, on quiet small street, about 3 minutes to the main walking/shopping street with caffes, bars and restaurants.
We lived in appartment for 2 people which had two rooms:
1. Living room with sofa, big TV, kitchen, fridge and balcony.
2. Bedroom with bed, small LCD TV, wardrobe and mirror.
Everything was clean, staff was ok.We payed 55 euro for a night, it was really good price for this.
There is no elevator, but was not a problem for us, even we lived on the 3rd floor.

Comment: I stayed here on a weekend holiday to Plovdiv while living in Bulgaria and teaching at the American University in Blagoevgrad. I thought the place wonderful. Each room is actually an apartment with full modern facilities. Located on a quiet street very close to the pedestrian shopping district the hotel was a great place to return to after discovering Plovdiv. Highly recommended.

Comment: They are new so everything fresh and clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms themselves are quiet large, much better than a hotel room. We stayed here for 4 nights and were really happy with our decision. The only downside is the shower is a bit difficult to handle.
These apartments are located close to shopping and restaraunts. Very close to Old Plovdiv.
