Comment: We went in Albena in May, 2010 for our son's birthday and I can say that we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was huge with a living/ dining area separated by the sleeping area with some canvas panels, with a large balcony, a well equipped kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities and two bathrooms (one toilet and another one with a large bathtub and two sinks). In the living area it was an extensible coach prepared for our son. In our opinion was more than we would need. They have a good restaurant and we even arrange for a birthday cake for our sons. Near the pool they also have a snaking restaurant with pizza, sandwiches, soft drinks, etc. As per internet, there was wireless internet in the lobby, I think, and in the room you could get from the front desk a cable for that you have to return when check-out. I would totally recommend it to anyone.

Comment: Excellent hotel, it more than matched our expectations, the room (a studio deluxe) was large and well presented, it included a small kitchen area, a sofa, dinning table and chairs, and two single beds that were comfortable enough, they provide slippers and dressing gowns, and something I have never had in a hotel before, two toilets, there was also a large balcony with wooden furniture. The food was ok, there was a good choice but unfortunately what you would expect to be hot was lukewarm. We went out of season so it was quite.
The staff were serious but very helpful.

Comment: Has all you need: wine bar, general restaurant, fancy restaurant, outdoor pools, indoor polls, full blown spa w/ treatments, beach very close, pet friendly.

Comment: We stayed there for a week in june, 5 stars accomodation indeed, but meal program can be improved, we had NO drinks, not even plane tap water for dinner, everyone had to buy their drinks, even if we had a half-board ticket. The pools are great, the personal is nice if you find one who speaks english. Is not a cheap place, but our vacantion was a very nice one.
