Comment: The service is good, the bedrooms are very good (particularly considering the price), food is is plentiful, varied and interesting. But best of all - the views. Stunning. BG is not just for ski holidays, try holidaying there at other times of the year. Truly lovely.

Comment: not kind at all. the restaurant is realy bad. the staff didn't know what means "hotel".
The water in the swimming pool is always dirty and if you travel with kids be carefull because all the floor are realy dangerus. finaly the total cost is always +++ than they tell you...
Shame for this country, but there is "kempinski arena hotel" a true diamond
