Comment: Ein sehr gutes Hotel, exelent geführt, sehr aufmerksamer Service, ruhig, gute Speisekarte.
Das Presileistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
So ein Hotel müsste man überall finden.

Comment: I arrived at the hotel and was given a very warm welcolme,The staff was very helpful at all times and we could not give any negative faults on this hotel it was brilliant and we will be going back very soon.

Comment: We stayed last week in one of the apartments with two of our children. We were made to feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for you guys.
The staff tried to speak our language, and helped us with bulgarian.
Food was good, and even though the fridge was well stocked, a kettle and some beverage facilities would have been good.
Thank you for your hospitality, and will be using the hotel on return, as we have bought property in your beautiful town. x

Comment: A wonderful hotel, the service was excellent, everyone was so helpful and friendly.
We stayed eight days and found the restaurant to be the first class. This hotel is the best we have experienced on all our travels. The photograph does not do it justice it is of the back door; the front is elegant and welcoming. We will be certainly be returning. Thank you to the staff who looked after us so well.

Comment: Have had numerous extended stays and have always found the hotel to be superior to others in Sliven. The enlargement of the hotel will add even greater capacity to this fine location.
