Comment: If we need to rank this hotel, we will give it deservedly 5 stars. Spa and pool facilities are great, rooms are spacious and the staff is very hospitable. However, Bansko resort should abolish construction works as the resort is rapidly becoming too overbuilt...

Comment: This hotel has met our expectations. Wwe have read plenty of comments with respect to Bansko hotels and standard of service, but I can proudly admit that we /me and my wife/ were fully satisfied with this hotel. It worths every single pound as it offers the finest amenties and the leisure is guaranteed!
