Comment: Locatie excelenta (100m)de gondola.
Camere foarte mari, curate, calduroase.
Probleme cu presiunea la apa (etj.4)
Mancarea foarte proasta, dimineata nu se putea manca decat oua si rosii, restul de mezeluri cred ca erau cele mai ieftine si proaste de pe piata lor, inclusiv branza si cascavalul.
Parcarea se plateste (6 EUR/ZI)
Internet 35 Leva/sejur - Atentie... daca doriti internet este bine sa achizitionati de cum ajungeti deoarece internetul este pentru 7 zile, asa ca daca va hotarati dupa 3 zile tot atat costa.
Bautura in regim demipensiune a fost inclusa si se poate servii intre orele 10 - 23, doar bauturi locale care lasa de dorit, restul contra cost... ex. 3 leva o Cola 250ml.
La partea de SPA nu stiu decat ca piscina avea o apa indoielnica si spun asta deoarece acasa ma ocup de intretinerea propriei piscine si stiu cum trebuie sa arate o apa in parametrii optimi.
Una peste alta, cu 2-3 drumuri la Carefor care este in apropierea hotelului (300-400m), am facut o mica aprovizionare si totul a fost OK.

Comment: I stayed in the hotel while on a skiing trip with 7 other friends. I found the hotel food excellent, the rooms clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and the location to the gondolas was perfect. However, upon checking out we were told that there was 3 towels missing from our room and that we would have to pay for them. We noticed on our second last day that 2 dirty towels were not replaced in our room but we had 2 more clean towels so said nothing. Next morning 1 more towel had gone missing and not replaced when we came back from our skiing. The manager told us he was not accusing us of stealing the towels but we would still have to pay for them as they were missing. We told him what would we want with towels and he was free to check our bags. He said we would have to pay 75 lev for the 3 towels which is about 40 euro approx. We told him there was no way we were paying and that it was a scam that was going on with the chambermaids. One of the guys with us had the same experience at xmas and he was told the same story. He refused to pay also. We contacted our rep and he told the manager to forward the bill to the tour operator. We also contacted our tour operator and they also said that they have heard about this happening to other people before.
