Comment: We visited this hotel from Apr 1st to Apr 4th. Everything was great, great design, style and materials used. This is a winner hotel and i will visit again when we are in the area. Spa is small but very cozy and elegant.. I can say that is one of the best small hotels in Borovets.
The only drawback is the breakfast. That needs some improvement in quality and quantity.

Comment: We recently completed a 3 day stay here and it was fabulous. To all the naysayers regarding Borovets and this hotel, I hold your opinions in low esteem. From the minute we arrived there, we were accorded with warm hospitable attentive service from the porter to the general manager. The location was nestled in a complex of hotels with wonderful views of the Rilla mountains in stark solitude. Afterall, we were there for skiing and winter fun,which was ample and exhiliarating with no lines ! The room was spacious clean and neat, reflecting careful interior design contributing to a Zen-like experience. With the advent of eco-tourism this facility deserves its place, offering holistic spa therapy and a swimming pool. The stay came with a breakfast that was satisfactory for hungry skiiers. this place.
If you want a experience of beer and babes , do not come . If you want a fine alpine sojourn in luxurious tranquility this is the place. It is what you make it and we had an unforgettable time. Upon departure, the manager asked us if we would be returning and after reflection we would say yes, again and again.
We were quite sad to leave.

Comment: Such a lovely place, very classy and with great facilities. Recommend the masssages and facials, and super cuisine.
So reasonable too - will be returning!

Comment: was sceptical about visiting bulgaria for a ski holiday but was more than impressed with the standards the lodge offered.
from the moment we arrived the friendly staff made us feel at home, always a smile and nothing to much trouble.
the room was spacious , clean and comfortable , the maid service was a delight as everyday we returned from the slopes we were greeted with a new towel animal .
the facilities were better than i had experienced in some 4 seasons hotels , the pool , steam and jacuzzi were fantastic after a days skiing.
the attentive waiters and waiters were always smiling and the food was of a good standard , fresh and a varied menu .
Thanks to everyone who made our holiday.
